Do we charge for an investigation? No there’s no charge for an investigation. But donations to help the team with expenses are welcome.

Can I have my domain authenticated as being haunted? Yes, but please inquire. Some owners invite ghost hunters into their house for private ghost hunts. Validation of a house being haunted , by a team like ours, is important. We do charge for this type of investigation, but it’s a small fee.

Do owners need to leave during investigation? In the beginning of the investigation we’ll ask for a tour and learn of active areas, so we can set our gear up as needed. After this we’ll ask owners to leave simply so the team isn’t distracted and to control the noice in the area so no false positives in things like EVP’s.

Can owners handle the teams equipment? Absolutely not. Our gear is state of the art , high end gear and is expensive.

Are investigations always done at night? No not always. This thought is brung out in ghost hunting shows. But is inaccurate. There’s a lot of variables in this answer but investigations can, sometimes be done during day light. We will discuss this during initial contact or the interview.
